Meet Dr. Terri Lynch-Caris

Terri Lynch-CarisDr. Terri Lynch-Caris is an Assistant Professor of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at Kettering University. She earned her doctoral degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan in 2000 after working for Ford Motor Company and General Motors. She earned her Master’s Degree from Purdue University and Bachelor’s Degree from Kettering University. She holds a license from the State of Michigan as a Professional Engineer in the area of Industrial Engineering. Her areas of interest in teaching and research include ergonomics, statistics, and work design. She has served as the Faculty Senator for the Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering Department (IME) and also serves as the IIE Faculty Advisor. She spends a great deal of time at the hockey rink with her three sons and serves the community schools in leadership positions.
